1947 England, Compton Bassett for RAF training in communications, 29/12/47
1948 RAF Boy’s school, Bletchley Park, England, 28/4/49
1949 Posted to Egypt (RAF)
1950 Visits Aden, Khartoum, Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) and Korea
1950 Returns to England for compassionate reasons, 29/7/50 – Father dies 1/8/1950
1951 Meets Miss June Bird at Uxbridge dance
1952 Posted to Ceylon (now Sri Lanka), Colombo and marries June Bird 11/12/1952
1953 Ruth is born in Ceylon
1955 Returns to England and I am born at Southampton, live at Tig Lane, Browning Av, Thornhill, Southhampton.
1960 ? Moves to 121 Deeds Grove, High Wycombe
1961 January 1st, Discharged from RAF (physically unfit)
1962 Flies out to Cyprus for job in “Signals” and leaves RAF
1964 Kevin is born in Cyprus
1967 England, returns to, and lives at 64 Manor Gardens, Buckden, Huntingdon
1975 Keven dies of cancer after long illness
1976 ? Move to another house in Buckden shortly after Keven Dies
1988 ? Move to Southoe and live in Bungalow on High Street (property now demolished)
1996 ? Plan to move to retirement in Buckden
1997 ? First stroke
1998 Dies from stroke after prolonged illness and buried at Buckden cemetery, Lucks Lane
